How and why we were able to spray refinish this Residence Inn kitchen at 2 am without the surrounding guests even knowing we were in the hotel?

It wasn't the plan, but often bringing up the rear of a construction schedule thats delayed by carpet crews is more common than it should be, but when we are asked to make a miracle happen in order to turn over rooms on-time for a sold out football weekend, we jump to action. First, only after making certain we had the General Managers blessing when asked to hand them over to housekeeping at 9 a.m., we developed a plan and because we came prepared and our equipment and technicians are built for such a unorthodox approach, we agreed knowing all the risks involved.

Knowing and expecting our clientele to have the highest of guest experience expectations, we we spared no expense in highly customized equipment and researched our materials very carefully. This was going to be a true test of all our years of hard work preparing for such a challenge. Ultra-silent high efficiency compressors that run no louder than a refrigerator while producing enough volume and pressure to run our spray guns efficiently, customized dual inlet vapor/mist capturing air scrubbers that recirculate and clean the air allowing us to work in closed up rooms along with zen-like discipline of our highly skilled technicians, we indeed turned the rooms over with time to spare without a single guest knowing what was going on all around them. My team of refinishing ninjas pulled off the impossible, not one complaint or indication that anyone knew we were in the hotel. After a quick early morning breakfast sandwich and cup of coffee, we headed back to the hotel to collect our equipment. As we were bringing the equipment out off the floor, a gentleman guest in the adjacent room was headed out his door to start his day said something like “doing some work on a Saturday huh?’ I replied, " We were just wrapping up, how did you sleep last night" He expressed his astonishment that he had no idea we stripping, sanding and spraying in the middle of the night right next to his room without having any idea what was taking place. True story. We take the same care with all of our projects to ensure you and your valued guests are never inconvenienced by our presence.
